We agree the details
Size, how you are listing it, and anything you want highlighted. You get a fixed quote before the shoot and it stays locked.

We shoot
Usually 30 to 90 minutes. Access by key, keybox or someone on site is enough, you are welcome but not needed.

You pick the set
A preview gallery arrives, you choose the final images, and payment is due once they are delivered.

Before your shoot
Do I need to be there?
No. You are welcome to be, but we only need access: a key, a keybox, or someone to let us in.
How should the place look?
Beds made, curtains open, all lights on, surfaces clear. Anything we spot beyond that we clean up in the edit.
What if the weather is grey?
Interiors are unaffected. For exteriors we can edit the shot to a clear, bright day that is still an accurate picture of the property.
Is there a deposit?
No. Payment is due after your final photos are delivered.
How soon do I get them?
Usually a couple of days after the shoot. If you are in a rush we can deliver next day, just tell us when you book.
